Job summary

ES GLOBAL in Dubai is seeking a results-driven 3PL Sales Executive Warehousing to grow our warehousing and logistics customer base. You will develop new business opportunities and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in 3PL or logistics sales, a strong UAE market network, and proven B2B sales success. English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus, and UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in 3PL, warehousing, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Good understanding of warehousing and logistics solutions, including storage, fulfillment, inventory management, and distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads, develop new accounts, and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Previous UAE market experience and an established logistics/warehousing customer network will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities for 3PL warehousing and logistics services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable warehousing, storage, fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely updates to CRM systems and sales reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, quotations, and proposals to maximize business conversion.Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Gather customer feedback and coordinate internally to support the timely resolution of commercial and service-related issues.
• Prepare regular sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports for management.
