Job summary

A prominent hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Security Officer to ensure safety for guests and staff. Responsibilities include conducting searches, managing firefighting equipment, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have a certification in Security and Safety Management and extensive experience in hotel security. This is a full-time position, open to Emirati nationals only.

Qualifications

• Certified in Security and Safety Management.
• Experience managing firefighting equipment and knowing occupational health and safety.
• Five years of experience in hotel security.

Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of guests and colleagues by ensuring safety.
• Conduct formal searches as directed by hotel management.
• Organize emergency response as part of the Security Fire Fighting Team.

Job description

You will serve the needs of the business our guests and our colleagues by safeguarding the physical well-being of the property and its employees and guests. You will carry out formal searches on employees locker rooms and place of work as directed by hotel management. You will organize the Security Fire Fighting Team in the event of an emergency.

Qualifications

• Certified in Security and Safety Management
• Has experience in managing firefighting equipment sprinkler systems smoke detectors and knowledge of occupational health and safety.
• Five years operating experience in a hotel Security department including but not limited in handling various emergencies and issues that can arise in relation to hotel security and is able to advise management on all security matters.
