Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science; MCSE, MCSA or CCNA desirable.
• Minimum three years IT Helpdesk experience in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and administrative assistance to the IT Engineer.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues for staff and students.
• Set up and configure ICT equipment and user accounts; maintain inventory.
• Maintain records of work performed and assist with class-ready IT provisioning.
• Follow safeguarding policies and participate in meetings as required.
