Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, networking, printers, and classroom technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to teachers, students, and administrative staff for IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and maintain computers, printers, smart boards, and classroom devices.
• Manage and maintain school networks, Wi-Fi systems, switches, and access points.
• Support educational platforms and Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist with classroom technology setup and ensure IT equipment is operational.
