To provide day-to-day technical and administrative support to the IT Engineer, assisting with the maintenance, troubleshooting and effective operation of the school’s IT systems, equipment and services. The role will support staff and students with routine IT issues, ensuring that technology is reliable, accessible and used effectively across the school.
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing IT Helpdesk support and related services to a large organization.
