Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to staff and students for hardware, software, network, Wi‑Fi, printer, and classroom technology issues.
• Log, monitor, update, and close support requests using the school ticketing or service management system.
• Monitor network connectivity and classroom systems to reduce disruption to teaching.
