Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is recruiting a results-driven Sales professional for the UAE region. The role involves driving revenue, generating leads, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across education, training, and consulting clients.

You will build strong relationships with nurseries, schools, corporates, and government entities, conducting meetings in English and Arabic, and collaborating with marketing and operations to deliver client solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented with a proven track record.
• Valid UAE driving license – role requires regular outside meetings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Monday.com.
