A leading food distribution company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales executives and drive sales initiatives. This target-driven position requires a degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Overview

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of four sales executives to achieve set sales targets.
  • Contribute directly to sales by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in HORECA, retail, and wholesale sectors.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support where necessary.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with restaurants, hotels, caterers, wholesalers, and retailers.

  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and standards.
