Sales Specialist – Fruits & Vegetables Division

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in the fruits and vegetables trading business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new restaurant and retail clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and helping grow our sales network across Dubai and nearby regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients, including restaurants, hotels, and catering companies.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat orders.
• Prepare and send quotations, product lists, and promotional offers.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team for smooth order delivery.
• Maintain a record of daily sales activities and client feedback.
• Represent the company professionally during client visits and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fruits and vegetables or food trading sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets).
• Knowledge of Dubai restaurant and wholesale market is an advantage.
• English communication required (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
