The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth for Boonstay Vacation Homes LLC by onboarding new units, managing short-term and long-term rental sales, and building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and guests. This role requires a dynamic combination of sales expertise, market knowledge, and digital/social media outreach to maximize occupancy, unit acquisition, and brand visibility within the UAE real estate and vacation rental market.

Looking for candidates from relevant background from Holidays homes, Rentals and Real Estate Sales background.

Our Holiday Home Services

• Holiday Home Management: End-to-end management of holiday home units, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent guest satisfaction.Guest Experience Management: Guest communication, check-in support, digital concierge services, review management, and upselling of guest services to enhance the overall stay experience.
• Owner & Investor Support: Monthly statements, occupancy updates, expense reports, yield improvement advice, and property performance analysis to keep owners informed and maximize returns.
• Multi-Platform Listing & Booking Management: Management of listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Vrbo, and other online travel platforms, along with direct booking support.
• Bulk & Developer Solutions: Holiday home operations for developers, landlords, and building owners with bulk units or full buildings.

Key Requirements:

• Unit Onboarding & Portfolio Growth – Identify and onboard new units; maintain strong owner relationships; conduct market research to expand the portfolio.
• Short-Term Rental Sales – Convert guest inquiries into bookings; optimize occupancy and ADR; coordinate with operations for smooth guest stays.
• Long-Term Rental Sales – Generate and convert leads; manage tenant negotiations and contracts; drive lease renewals to minimize vacancies.
• Sales Targets & Reporting – Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets; maintain accurate lead and revenue records; manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Marketing & Social Media Exposure – Promote units via social media; support content creation; represent the brand at client meetings and events.
• Client Relationship & Customer Service – Ensure high service standards for owners, tenants, and guests; resolve queries promptly; gather client feedback.
• Compliance & Documentation – Ensure accurate rental agreements and Ejari registration per RERA/UAE regulations; maintain updated records in the PMS/CRM.

This role is a 100% commission based role commission structure works like 50-50%

We are looking candidates who has prior work experience in Holiday Homes in Sales, Real Estate, Short term and Long term rentals etc.
