Job summary

Acasa in Dubai seeks an experienced real estate sales professional specializing in villas, apartments, and townhouses. You will identify leads, meet clients, present properties, and guide transactions through closing.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of residential sales, a Bachelor's or higher in Business or Marketing, and a valid RERA license. You will set targets, build relationships, and navigate Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Qualifications

• Proven 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Must hold a valid RERA license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through various channels including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
• Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
