Job summary

Farwell & Gervase, a premium holiday homes and short-term rental manager in Dubai, seeks a proactive sales lead to own direct booking inquiries, coordinate viewings, audit listings, and upsell high-value services. You will guide the reservations team, ensure swift guest communication, and drive service excellence in a luxury Dubai market.

The role requires proven sales success, Dubai real estate experience, and exceptional English; evenings and weekends work is expected to close bookings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Experience in Dubai real estate or holiday homes is essential.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's areas and communities.
• Proficient with Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets or a CRM.
• Highly organised and proactive, with strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, to close bookings and support guests.

Farwell & Gervase is a premium holiday homes and short-term rental management company with roots in London and Europe and operations at the heart of Dubai's luxury property market. We manage a portfolio of 70+ units across Dubai's most sought-after addresses, from Emaar Beachfront and Dubai Marina to Downtown Dubai and Creek Harbour, delivering five-star guest experiences and maximising returns for property owners.

Role Description

• Direct sales: own all direct booking inquiries from Dubizzle, Bayut and Property Finder, respond quickly, follow up until each one is closed, and confirm bookings, payments and guest documents
• Viewings: coordinate unit viewings with guests and the operations team
• Listings: support new listing creation, audit live listings for accuracy and quality, and fix errors or gaps
• Upsells: proactively contact upcoming and in-house guests to sell services such as airport transfers, personal shoppers, yacht charters, restaurant reservations and unit set-ups
• Service delivery: coordinate with partners and operations so every booked service is delivered to a high standard, and track and report upsell performance
• Team leadership: guide the reservations team and keep response times and service standards high
• Guest support: cover guest communication and admin when needed, including booking changes, check-in details and general requests
