Job summary

Prestige Retreats is seeking a Business Development Manager in Dubai to own the complete owner relationship from purchase to ongoing earnings across sales, rentals and management programs.

You will build a pipeline of owners, investors and landlords, present our performance data with clear numbers, and coordinate with operations to onboard new units. Fluency in English is essential and a UAE driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Dubai real estate — sales, leasing, or holiday homes.
• Strong network among property owners, investors, brokers or developers in Dubai.
• RERA broker card and DLD registration — or eligible and ready to obtain; support provided.
• English essential; Arabic, Russian or Mandarin a strong advantage.
• UAE driving licence and own car.
• Comfort with numbers; able to walk owners through yield/financials.

Prestige Retreats is a Dubai group built around holiday home management, with everything an owner needs under one roof:

• Holiday homes management — our core business, operating premium apartments across Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Marina, Dubai Hills and Rashid Yachts & Marina
• Real estate brokerage — a licensed agency handling sales and leasing for owners and investors
• Fit-out and design — our in-house design team furnishes units from scratch to a signature standard
• Cleaning and maintenance — a full-time on-site team, not outsourced labour

The whole thing runs on one idea: the best guest experience wins. In two and a half years we've grown from a single apartment to 40+ units under management, and the numbers our owners care about show it:

• 4.96 on Airbnb across nearly 1,000 guest reviews, and 9.6 on Booking.com
• Our flagship unit ran 91% occupancy against a 61% neighbourhood average — at market rate, not below it, delivering revenue per available night 44% above market
• Selected listings are being elevated to Airbnb LUX, and our portfolio goes live on Marriott's booking platform this year

We're in a significant growth phase, expanding the managed portfolio and building out the agency alongside it. This role is how we get there.

The role

You own the full owner relationship, from the day they buy to the day your unit is earning.

That means three revenue lines, not one:

The priority will be on expanding Prestige's portfolio of p

• Sales — representing buyers and sellers on secondary and off-plan transactions
• Rental listings — winning long-term and mid-term leasing mandates from landlords
• Management — converting owners onto our short-term rental management programme

The three feed each other. A buyer you close today is a management agreement next month and a resale in three years. If you've only ever done one of these, you'll learn the other two here — but you have to want the whole relationship, not just the transaction.

What you'll do

• Build and work your own pipeline of owners, investors, landlords and buyers across Dubai's premium communities
• List and sell apartments: valuations, listing presentations, viewings, negotiation and closing through to DLD transfer
• Win long-term and mid-term rental listings and place quality tenants
• Convert landlords from long-term leasing to short-term management by showing them the yield difference in hard numbers
• Present our performance data credibly — occupancy, ADR, RevPAN, market benchmarks — and hold the line on our design and furnishing standards
• Source leads through developer and brokerage relationships, referrals, direct outreach, community networks and inbound marketing
• Sell the full stack: an owner who buys through us can have the unit designed, furnished, maintained and earning without ever appointing a second supplier
• Work with our operations and design teams to onboard each new unit cleanly
• Keep CRM hygiene tight and report pipeline and forecast weekly

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in Dubai real estate — sales, leasing, or holiday homes — with a track record you can evidence
• Experience in Emaar Beachfront and Emaar communities is a strong plus. If you know Marina Vista, Beach Vista, Grand Bleu, Palace Beach, Dubai Hills or Creek Harbour building by building, say so up front
• A real network among property owners, investors, brokers or developers in Dubai
• RERA broker card and DLD registration — or eligible and ready to obtain immediately; we'll support you through it
• Comfort with numbers: you can walk an owner through a yield comparison without hiding behind it
• Consultative, patient and credible with high-net-worth clients; this is a considered decision for them, not an impulse buy
• UAE driving licence and own car
• English essential; Arabic, Russian or Mandarin a strong advantage
