Job Summary

The Event Sales Manager Wedding & Social is responsible for driving revenue through the sales and seamless execution of weddings social gatherings and private events. This role combines strategic sales initiatives with hands‑on event management ensuring each occasion is executed flawlessly and reflects the clients vision while maintaining the hotels high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and internal teams.
  • Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings to understand event requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (F&B Rooms Concierge etc.) and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Oversee events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring creative ideas for event styling and personalized experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 23 years of experience in wedding planning event coordination or hospitality sales preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative flair for event design and dcor.
