The Sales Manager (Direct Sales) will play a vital role in driving our sales strategy and executing direct sales initiatives within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase market share in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and report on key performance indicators and sales forecasts.
