Job summary

Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – MEP Retrofit to drive business development and revenue growth for retrofit projects in the UAE. The role focuses on identifying retrofit opportunities and building relationships with building owners, developers, FM companies, consultants and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong MEP/HVAC technical knowledge with consultative sales and has a track record in selling technically complex retrofit

Qualifications

• 6-12+ years of experience in MEP/HVAC sales, retrofit, energy solutions, facilities management or related engineering services.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the UAE.
• Experience selling projects to building owners, developers, FM companies, consultants and/or property management organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing the complete sales cycle for technically complex projects.
• Experience in retrofit, energy-efficiency solutions or HVAC/MEP contracting is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP systems, particularly chillers, chilled-water systems, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs/FCUs, controls and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the MEP retrofit business in the assigned market.
• Identify new retrofit opportunities across commercial buildings, residential developments, hotels, hospitals, malls, offices, industrial facilities and other existing assets.
• Generate leads through direct prospecting, industry relationships, networking, referrals and existing customer relationships.
• Develop the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts of opportunities, order intake and revenue.
• Understand customers' operational and technical challenges and translate them into commercially viable retrofit solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts and tenders in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
• Work closely with engineering, estimation, procurement, project management and finance teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.

The business provides end-to-end retrofit solutions covering HVAC, chilled-water systems, ventilation, pumps, controls, BMS, electrical systems and energy-efficiency improvements, from initial assessment and design through project execution.

Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – MEP Retrofit to drive business development and revenue growth for the retrofit business in the UAE.
• The role will be responsible for identifying and developing retrofit opportunities, building relationships with building owners, developers, facility management companies, consultants and other key stakeholders, and converting opportunities into profitable projects.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong MEP/HVAC technical knowledge with consultative sales and business development skills, and will be comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and developing solutions around energy savings, asset replacement, lifecycle costs and operational efficiency.
