Job summary

AXL Cargo Solutions FZCO in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our DAFZA team. You will identify opportunities in UAE logistics, build a robust client base, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in UAE logistics sales, a proven track record in business development, and a wide industry network. You will generate leads, negotiate quotations, and grow key accounts while coordinating with internal teams for delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in UAE logistics
• Experience preferably in Pharma, DG, or Freight Sales
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
• Strong existing client/industry network and connections
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in the UAE logistics and freight forwarding industry, who understands the market and has an established network of clients and industry connections.

Requirements

• Open to Indian Nationals
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE logistics industry
• Experience preferably in Pharma, DG, or Freight Sales
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
• Strong existing client/industry network and connections
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of the UAE logistics market
