Position Summary

Swift Wing Shipping LLC is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive – Logistics to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity suits professionals with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the company’s logistics solutions, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Immediate joiners and candidates with logistics industry experience will be given preference.

Core Accountabilities

• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities within the logistics sector.
• Promote logistics services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate to successfully close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Skills & Experience Required

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); 2–3 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; knowledge of freight forwarding, air freight, sea freight, and customs clearance is an advantage.

Core Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure; strong customer relationship management skills; UAE driving license preferred; immediate joiners or candidates with logistics industry experience preferred.
