AXL Cargo Solutions FZCO in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to join our logistics team. The role focuses on developing new business, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients in the UAE market.

You will build long-term relationships, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and target achievement. This is an on-site Dubai position with performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in UAE logistics.
• Experience preferably in Pharma, DG, or Freight Sales.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong existing client/industry network and connections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE logistics market.

Requirements

• Open to Indian Nationals
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE logistics industry
• Experience preferably in Pharma, DG, or Freight Sales
