ELITE STOCK GENERAL TRADING L.L.C.S.P is seeking an experienced hardware salesperson in the UAE. You will leverage an existing network to open new trade accounts and grow volume month over month across hardware stores, contractors, and online sellers.

The role requires 3+ years in UAE hardware/B2B sales, knowledge of locks and curtain systems, and an active UAE driving licence. You will work field and office, with basic salary plus commission and transport allowance.

• Active network of buyers in hardware stores and contractors.
• Proven record of finding and opening new retail, wholesale and contractor accounts.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Mansioni

• Sell locks, door hardware, curtains and curtain fittings to hardware stores and traders across the UAE.
• Open new trade accounts within the first 90 days and build pipeline thereafter.
• Visit trading areas (Deira, Sharjah Industrial Area, Ajman) to find new buyers.
• Present product ranges, prepare quotations, negotiate and close orders.
• Keep customer orders, follow-ups and collections up to date.
• Coordinate with warehouse on stock/delivery and with accounts on payments.
• Report weekly on orders, pipeline, and competitor prices.

About us

ELITE STOCK GENERAL TRADING is a Sharjah trading company supplying branded stock to retailers, wholesalers, contractors and online sellers across the UAE. Our hardware range includes large volumes of door locks and security hardware, and curtains with curtain fittings.

The role

We want an experienced hardware salesperson who already knows the buyers: hardware and building-material shops, door and joinery workshops, fit-out and maintenance contractors, curtain and interior shops, and online sellers. You will open accounts quickly from your own network and grow volume month on month.

What you will do

• Sell our locks, door hardware, curtains and curtain fittings to hardware stores, building-material traders, door and joinery workshops, fit-out and maintenance contractors, curtain and interior shops, and e-commerce sellers across the UAE




• Use your existing contacts to open new trade accounts in the first 90 days, and keep building a pipeline after that




• Find new buyers through shop visits in trading areas (Deira, Sharjah Industrial Area, Ajman and others), contractor procurement teams, online marketplace sellers and referrals




• Present product ranges and bulk offers, prepare quotations, negotiate and close orders




• Keep each customer's orders, follow-ups and collections up to date




• Work with the warehouse on stock and delivery, and with accounts on payments




• Report weekly on orders, pipeline, competitor prices and what buyers are asking for

What you bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales in the UAE hardware, building-materials, door-hardware or curtain/interiors trade




• An active network of buyers in hardware shops, building-material traders, contractors or interior shops




• A proven record of finding and opening new retail, wholesale and contractor accounts




• Valid UAE driving licence




• Good spoken English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Malayalam is a plus




• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets and email




• Knowledge of lock types (mortise, cylinder, padlocks, smart locks) and curtain systems is a strong plus

What we offer

• Basic salary AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month depending on experience, paid by WPS




• Commission on sales + transport allowance
