Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B sales growth and develop strong customer relationships in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven UAE sales experience and an established network across kitchen manufacturers, wardrobe companies, furniture businesses, dealers, distributors, contractors, interior designers, or related industries.
Experience selling kitchen accessories, wardrobe accessories, furniture hardware, cabinet hardware, architectural hardware, interior products, or building materials will be highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and high-value accounts.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, market development, and direct sales.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and quotations to order confirmation and follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Develop key accounts through cross-selling and additional product introductions.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth order and project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer records.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the UAE.
- Established customer network across relevant industries.
- Experience selling one or more of the following:
- Kitchen accessories
- Wardrobe accessories
- Furniture and cabinet hardware
- Interior products
- Architectural hardware
- Building materials
- Existing relationships with kitchen manufacturers, wardrobe companies, furniture companies, dealers, distributors, contractors, or interior designers.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving abilities.
