Job summary

MAHAM INTERNATIONAL TRADING FZC in Ajman seeks a dynamic sales professional for building materials. You will handle counter and outdoor sales, understand customer needs, and convert enquiries into orders while coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams.

You will maintain records, generate new customers, target monthly sales, and provide excellent customer service in English and Hindi/Urdu where possible; driving license preferred for field visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in building materials, hardware, MRO, or related sales.
• Good knowledge of commonly used building-material products and brands.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to generate new customers and develop business.

• Handle daily counter sales and customer enquiries at the shop.

Job description

Handle daily strong counter sales and customer enquiries strong at the building material shop Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products Generate new customers and develop business with strong contractors maintenance companies workshops and construction-related clients strong Conduct outdoor customer visits and develop new sales opportunities Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify repeat-business opportunities Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time Check product availability pricing and stock before confirming customer requirements Maintain proper records of customer enquiries quotations orders and follow-ups Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business Support the team in maintaining good customer service and shop operations

Candidate Requirements

• Must be hardworking, target-oriented, and willing to take responsibility.
