Job summary

REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Sales Executive Supervisor with expertise in Coffee, Beverages, FMCG or HORECA for our premium client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales experience in the UAE market, strong network, proven ability to hit targets, and will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Immediate joining is preferred; UAE driving license is advantageous; a monthly salary of AED 6,000 plus benefits is

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in coffee, beverages, FMCG, hospitality, or HORECA.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established business contacts.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell coffee products, coffee equipment, and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and UAE market trends.

REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive Supervisor with any of one industry ( Coffee, Beverages, FMCG & HORECA) for one of our premium client based in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in coffee, beverages, FMCG, hospitality, or HORECA, with strong UAE market knowledge, an established client network, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
