Job summary

REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Sales Executive Supervisor for a premium client based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing new business, promoting coffee products and related services, and managing key accounts within the UAE market.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience in coffee, beverages, FMCG or HORECA, with strong UAE market knowledge, an established client network, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in UAE market.
• Experience in coffee/beverages/FMCG or HORECA is required.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafes, offices.
• Promote and sell coffee products, equipment, and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Conduct regular client visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor UAE market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Coordinate sales activities and support team performance.
