The role involves developing new business across hotels, restaurants, cafes, offices, and corporate clients, promoting coffee products and equipment, maintaining key accounts, delivering quotes and presentations, and achieving monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in coffee beverages FMCG hospitality or HORECA.
• Established client network and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market and business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafes, offices and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell coffee products, coffee equipment and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and client presentations.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and UAE market trends.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and CRM records.
• Coordinate sales activities and support team performance where required.
