Job summary

REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive Supervisor with a coffee, beverages, FMCG & HORECA background for our premium client in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE, a strong client network, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Immediate joiners preferred; UAE driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in coffee/beverages/FMCG/HORECA.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and contacts.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and corporate clients.
• Promote coffee products, equipment, and services.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent service.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify opportunities.
• Monitor UAE market trends and update CRM records.
