NADIA is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with UAE experience in water and wastewater treatment to drive business development and manage key customer relationships across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

You will lead solution selling, prepare technical and commercial proposals and submittals, develop sales strategies, forecast revenue, and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure smooth order handovers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years UAE sales and business development experience in water and wastewater solutions.
• Experience with solution selling, proposals, and technical submittals.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with UAE experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry to drive business development and manage key customer relationships. The role involves solution selling, preparing proposals and submittals, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to introduce and sell water and wastewater treatment solutions, including HVAC treatment solutions, across the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and management, networking, relationship building, and cold calling.
• Develop and implement sales strategies through a robust sales plan aligned with company goals for sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth.
• Nurture and grow key customer relationships within target customer segments.
• Provide accurate monthly sales and revenue forecasts, along with market and competitor analysis reports to the Sales Manager.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and contracts.
• Prepare risk committee documents and cash flow analysis for major projects.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with customers.
• Review customer enquiries and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare technical submittals and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed orders.
• Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to customers and prospects.

Prerequisites

• Strong sales-oriented and detail-oriented personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and IFS/ERP systems.
• UAE driving license will be an advantage.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of UAE experience in sales and business development of water and wastewater treatment solutions.
