Job summary

Al Masaood seeks a Water and Wastewater Sales Engineer to drive technical sales of water treatment technologies in the UAE. You will assess client needs, design solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

You will translate requirements into robust proposals, lead site feasibility studies, present to clients, and hand over awarded projects to delivery teams for smooth execution in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 5–8 years of technical sales experience in water and wastewater.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes (RO, UF, ETP).
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• GCC experience and local driving license preferred in UAE/MENA.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into robust technical proposals with technology selection and equipment sizing.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across municipal, industrial and commercial sectors.
• Prepare commercial quotations, review technical specifications, ensure profitability and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct technical presentations, lead site feasibility assessments, and address client queries to close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from awarded sale to project execution.
