Job summary

Dutco Tennant LLC seeks an energetic sales professional to develop and generate project business in the water and wastewater treatment sector in the UAE. You will lead opportunities across industry, construction, and government, delivering complete process systems and winning proposals.

The role requires 5+ years of project selling in water treatment, UAE market knowledge, and ability to engage EPC contractors, consultants, and end users with tailored technical and commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related; diploma accepted.
• 5+ years of project selling in water and wastewater treatment.
• Driving license in UAE and Arabic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate business opportunities for water and wastewater solutions.
• Meet annual sales targets and contribute to growth.
• Engage with contractors, consultants, and facility owners to assess needs.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Obtain approvals from authorities and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Develop a written business plan and annual territory budget.
