Job summary

Al Masaood Group is seeking a Water Waste Sales Engineer in the UAE to drive commercial growth of water treatment technologies. You will combine engineering expertise with sales acumen to assess client needs, design optimal solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering and typically 5–8 years of technical sales experience in water and wastewater.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is required.
• Typically 5–8 years of technical sales experience in water and wastewater.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes (RO, UF, ETP) and related chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into robust technical and commercial proposals.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across municipal, industrial and commercial sectors (e.g., EPC contractors, consultants).
• Prepare commercial quotations, review technical specs, ensure profitability and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct technical presentations, lead site feasibility assessments, address client queries to close sales.
• Collaborate with internal project engineering teams to hand over awarded sales to execution.
