Job summary

NADIA is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with UAE experience in water and wastewater treatment to drive business development and manage key customer relationships across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

You will lead solution selling, prepare technical and commercial proposals and submittals, develop sales strategies, forecast revenue, and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure smooth order handovers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
3–4 years UAE sales and business development experience in water and wastewater solutions.
Experience with solution selling, proposals, and technical submittals.

Responsibilities

Sell water and wastewater treatment solutions across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
Generate new business through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and submittals.
Provide monthly sales forecasts and market analyses.
Coordinate with Engineering for handover of confirmed orders.
Deliver high-level presentations to customers and prospects.
