Job summary

WATER ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES FZC in Sharjah, UAE, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in water and wastewater solutions. You will lead from initial discussions through closure, coordinating with engineering and service teams for successful project delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, and strong communication and technical skills to translate client needs into effective solutions. Travel across the UAE is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in project sales or water treatment preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and build new business channels.
• Identify and develop opportunities in water and wastewater treatment.
• Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
• Participate in exhibitions and industry events to promote offerings.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Service teams for project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct client meetings and project visits across the UAE.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in water treatment.
