Job summary

Antal International L.L.C-FZ, based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, seeks an experienced BD professional to lead consultant and developer engagement for HVAC projects. Focus is on introducing, specifying, approving, and listing HVAC products within upcoming projects and consultant specifications.

You will build strong relationships with MEP HVAC consultants, developers and project teams, promote technical solutions, and drive product listings while coordinating with internal teams to align technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in BD, specification sales, technical sales, or consultant relations in HVAC.
• Strong UAE MEP/HVAC consultant/developer network.
• Proven HVAC product specification, approval or listing experience.
• HVAC products knowledge and application across sectors.
• Understanding of UAE construction and MEP consultancy market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Ability to identify projects early and influence product selection.
• Self-driven with a commercial, long-term consultant/developer mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with MEP HVAC consultants, developers, architects and project management companies.
• Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects at design/specification stage.
• Promote HVAC products and technical solutions to consultants/developers.
• Drive the specification and approval of products within consultant designs and project specs.
• Work toward securing approved manufacturer/vendor listings with key developers and consultants.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with consultants and developers.
• Influence product selection based on technical suitability, quality, performance and commercial considerations.
• Track project specs and maintain a pipeline from design through approval.
• Coordinate with internal technical sales estimation and engineering teams to support consultant requirements.
• Monitor competitor products and market developments to grow Prime's market presence.
• Build and maintain a database of consultants, developers, project specs and approvals.
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars and client presentations.
• Support commercial team by generating qualified project opportunities through consultant engagement.

Our client is one of the leading and reputed HVAC Manufacturer in UAE The ideal candidate must have strong experience in introducing specifying approving and listing within upcoming projects and developer consultant specifications

This is a consultant- and developer-focused role with limited emphasis on direct contractor sales

Salary- 14 000- 16000 AED All inclusive - Visa Medical and Air ticket

Position will be based in Umm Al Quwain UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the internal technical sales estimation and engineering teams to support consultant requirements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, specification sales, technical sales, or consultant relations within the HVAC / air conditioning industry.
• Strong existing network among MEP/HVAC consultants and developers in the UAE.
• Proven experience getting HVAC products specified, approved, or listed with consultants/developers.
• Strong understanding of HVAC products and their application within commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of the UAE construction and MEP consultancy market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify projects at an early stage and influence product selection before procurement.
• Self-driven and commercially focused, with the ability to develop long-term consultant and developer relationships.
