Job summary

CPME Consulting seeks a Sales Engineer for HVAC systems in Dubai, UAE. You will promote VRF systems, AHUs and ducted units to consultants, contractors and end-users, while building key relationships across the UAE market.

Applicants should have a mechanical engineering degree and 1–3 years of HVAC sales experience in the UAE, with strong communication and negotiation skills. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical eng or related field required.
• 1–3 years HVAC sales experience in the UAE; Dubai experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of VRF, ducted split units and AHUs; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell VRF systems, ducted split units and AHUs in UAE.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate requirements and sizing.
• Collaborate with design/technical teams for sizing and solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
• Achieve sales targets and report on pipelines and forecasts.
• Represent CPME Consulting at trade shows and events.

Sales Engineer – HVAC Systems (Dubai, UAE)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Sales Manager / Country Manager

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell VRF Systems, Ducted Split Units, and Air Handling Units (AHUs) to consultants, contractors, and end-users across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations aligned with client and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate requirements, provide technical support, and recommend optimal system configurations.
• Collaborate with the design and technical teams for system sizing, selection, and solution development based on project needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements within the HVAC industry.
• Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales within the UAE market (Dubai experience preferred).
