Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Dubai is seeking a qualified Sales Application Engineer to drive HVAC/MEP project opportunities and spearhead technical proposals. You will size systems, prepare submittals, and engage with contractors, consultants, and developers to secure orders.

The role requires 3–4 years in HVAC/MEP sales, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to read drawings and BOQs.

Qualifications

3–4 years in HVAC/MEP sales and technical applications.
Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical or related field (4-year or 3-year diploma).
Strong knowledge of HVAC products, sizing, and applications.
Experience preparing technical submittals, quotations, and tender documents.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and project specs.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and project leads in Dubai.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, distributors, and end users.
Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions (Split AC, Ducted AC, VRF/VRV).
Visit customers and sites to understand requirements and develop technical solutions.
Review specs, BOQs, drawings, and equipment schedules for product applications.
Perform product sizing and application calculations per project needs.
Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Negotiate with customers and convert opportunities into orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely orders.
Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to grow the customer base.
