Job summary

Johnson Controls in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the Sales-Contracting Team (Oil and Gas), focusing on Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems across the MEA region. You will be based in Abu Dhabi and help expand our footprint and customer base to meet growth objectives.

You will chase, qualify and close new opportunities, prepare competitive proposals, participate in tendering, and advise customers on integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven track record delivering sales for UAE region (Fire & Gas / Fire protection).
• Fluent English; UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Chase, qualify and close new opportunities with competitive proposals.
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes.
• Differentiate Johnson Controls with deep MEA market knowledge of competitors, products and services.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and drive territory growth through effective planning.
