Job summary

THE ENGINEER is seeking a Sales Engineer in Abu Dhabi to identify customer needs and present technical solutions for construction sealants and engineered building products. The role combines field visits, demonstrations, and collaboration with internal teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will deliver on-site and remote technical support, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, architects and distributors, with occasional travel to client

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills with ability to understand product performance and applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Solid sales skills including opportunity identification, pipeline management, negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present technical solutions for construction sealants and building products.
• Deliver on-site and remote technical support; conduct product demonstrations and trainings.
• Prepare proposals and quotations; collaborate with internal teams on specifications and sales planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, architects and distributors; travel to client sites as needed.
