Henkel GCC in Dubai invites an experienced Adhesives and Construction Chemicals sales professional to drive profitable growth across the UAE. You will identify leads, close deals, build long-term relationships, and tailor product recommendations to customer needs.

The role requires strong technical understanding of construction materials, fluent Arabic and English, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in construction, sales, or business development, preferably in Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals.
• Strong technical understanding of construction applications, materials, and site requirements.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Results-driven with strong follow-up and target achievement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Engage confidently with contractors, consultants, customers, and stakeholders.
• Civil Engineering professional with hands-on site or strong motivation to move into commercial sales.

Responsabilidades

• Generate profitable and sustainable sales growth across the designated territory of Abu Dhabi, focusing on Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals.
• Identify and generate new business leads, engage main contractors, manage the sales cycle through to deal closure.
• Acquire new customers and accounts while developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Support, Account Management, Business Development, and internal stakeholders for effective customer service and growth.
• Support customers in resolving product-related or technical issues with Technical Customer Service.
• Manage customer complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and risks.
• Participate in regular sales/management meetings with updates.
