Job summary

CME Consulting LLC in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Sales Engineer for HVAC systems. The role targets promoting VRF systems, ducted split units, and AHUs to consultants, contractors, and end-users.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of HVAC sales experience in the UAE, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A valid UAE driving license is required, and the role is full-time based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of HVAC sales experience in the UAE (Dubai preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems, ducted split units, and AHUs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell VRF Systems, Ducted Split Units, and AHUs to consultants, contractors, and end-users across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations aligned with client and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate requirements, provide technical support, and recommend optimal system configurations.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams for system sizing, selection, and solution development based on project needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements within HVAC industry.
• Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
