Job summary

Tanqeeb, a leading HVAC/MEP contracting firm, seeks an experienced Sales Engineer in Dubai to drive project sales across the UAE with strong GCC market knowledge and proven client relationship skills.

You will identify project opportunities, coordinate documentation, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while building relationships with consultants and contractors. A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–8 years of GCC HVAC/MEP project sales experience.
• Strong network with consultants and contractors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate project sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Understand client requirements and recommend HVAC/MEP solutions.
• Identify new project opportunities through contractors, consultants and market research.
• Coordinate with internal teams for manuals, warranty letters, and project docs.
• Share project specs with Service Team prior to testing & commissioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Sales Engineer to drive project sales within the HVAC/MEP contracting industry. The ideal candidate should have strong GCC market knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in securing project business across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate project sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC/MEP solutions.
• Identify new project opportunities through contractors, consultants, and market research.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of manuals, warranty letters, and project documentation.
• Share project specifications with the Service Team prior to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

7–8 years of proven GCC experience in HVAC/MEP project sales.

Strong knowledge of project sales, consultants, and contractor networks.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
