Role Context
This position sits at the operational center of the sales function, connecting people, processes, technology, and management priorities. A distinctive part of the role is responsibility for AI agents used by the sales team, from maintaining access and knowledge inputs to monitoring output quality and user adoption. Alongside this technology focus, the Sales Coordinator keeps commercial workflows progressing across Pricing, Credit, Operations, Finance, Contract Origination, and Customer Service so sales professionals can devote more time to customers, pipeline development, and revenue‑generating activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer AI agents used by the sales organization and maintain appropriate user access, knowledge inputs, and process information.
- Update AI agent content and workflows as sales procedures, commercial requirements, and internal processes change.
- Monitor AI‑generated outputs for relevance and quality and esc iate technical or process‑related issues when necessary.
- Coordinate enhancements to AI agents based on business requirements, user feedback, and observed performance.
- Encourage practical day‑to‑day adoption of AI tools across the sales team through guidance and user support.
- Track AI usage, output quality, productivity improvements, and opportunities for further automation.
- Gather feedback from sales users and translate recurring requirements into actionable improvements.
- Coordinate sales workflows involving Pricing, Credit, Operations, Finance, Contract Origination, and Customer Service.
- Follow up on outstanding approvals, actions, and deliverables to prevent avoidable delays in sales execution.
- Maintain clear and current sales standard operating procedures that define responsibilities and support consistent execution.
- Identify workflow gaps and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and accountability.
- Maintain action trackers, process dashboards, meeting records, and management reporting.
- Highlight overdue actions, emerging risks, dependencies, and priority items requiring management attention.
- Organize sales meetings, workshops, customer events, recognition programs, and team engagement activities.
- Coordinate event requirements within approved plans and budgets and ensure operational arrangements are completed on schedule.
- Support employee onboarding, training schedules, leave visibility, internal communications, and document control for the sales function.
- Provide confidential executive coordination support to the Head of Sales.
- Manage diaries, meetings, agendas, correspondence, follow‑ups, and priority actions with appropriate discretion.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure important commitments arising from leadership and sales meetings are followed through to completion.
- Manage competing requirements calmly while keeping high‑priority commercial activities on schedule.
Ideal Profile
- University qualification in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Practical experience developing, configuring, administering, or regularly using AI agents in business workflows.
- Strong daily working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards, reporting, and business visibility.
- Experience with Power Apps and workflow‑oriented business applications.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
- Ability to understand sales processes and coordinate dependencies across multiple business functions.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Confident interpersonal and communication capability when working with sales teams, managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to organize information clearly for management use.
- Good judgement when handling confidential leadership and commercial information.
- Ability to identify process issues, coordinate solutions, and maintain momentum without constant supervision.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Arabic language capability is advantageous.
