Job summary

Arabic.AI in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for AI Agents, Apps and Models. You will own the full sales cycle in the UAE, from prospecting to closure, and build a self-sourced pipeline with hunter mindset.

You will map target accounts, translate client pain points into AI use cases, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Strong MEDDPICC qualification, outstanding negotiation, and CRM discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven BD or enterprise sales experience.
• Experience selling AI, SaaS or digital solutions.
• Proven UAE market track record.
• Ability to translate client pain points into AI use cases.
• Excellent prospecting and closing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle prospecting and closing in UAE.
• Develop account plans and stakeholder maps.
• Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.
• Attend industry events and build client relationships.
