Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Dubai to act as the central point for the sales function, supporting the Head of Sales and ensuring efficient workflows across departments. The role includes administering AI agents to maximize value and enable stronger customer engagement and pipeline growth.

You will coordinate governance, reporting, and team events while providing confidential executive support, diary management, and meeting preparation to keep priorities on

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience with AI agent development and daily use.
• High proficiency in Co-pilot, Co-pilot Studio, PowerBI, Power Apps, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English, with Arabic as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer the sales team's AI agents, including access, inputs, updates, issue escalation, and enhancements.
• Coordinate sales workflows across Pricing, Credit, Operations, Finance, Contract Origination, and Customer Service.
