Job summary

A leading client servicing firm in Dubai seeks an experienced candidate to organize client documentation and support KYC processes. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with internal requirements and assist clients with their applications through proactive communication. Candidates should have proficiency in CRM systems, knowledge of KYC/CDD, and strong MS Office skills. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Qualifications

Job description

Organize client files and documents and communicate client-related information to relevant team members, managers, or departments.

Assist clients by following up on EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) documentation requirements.

Coordinate between Compliance and Client Servicing teams to ensure client applications meet all internal requirements for processing.

Support clients through the Know Your Customer (KYC) video process via Microsoft Teams; follow up on pending KYC, provide clear guidance, and resolve concerns or technical issues.

Notify clients of delays or additional requirements related to applications and work with Business Launch Advisors (BSAs) to ensure proactive resolution.

Follow up on client application processes, track progress with the Client Servicing team, and assist in gathering and submitting required documents.

Handle full refund inquiries, ensuring compliance with refund conditions.

Assist with name checks in the absence of BSAs and ensure accuracy in the process.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales closed by BSAs in Zoho CRM, verifying GP updates and resolving data discrepancies.

Follow up directly with clients when additional documents are needed after application submission and ensure timely upload of all documents to the correct portals or systems.

Track and report the progress of all client applications and prepare status updates or reports for management as requested.

Log and monitor escalated cases from BSAs or clients, ensuring they are addressed within internal SLAs and resolved to client satisfaction.

Identify recurring client or advisor challenges and submit improvement suggestions to the line manager for consideration.

Maintain and regularly update document templates, onboarding checklists, and FAQs to ensure accuracy and accessibility for both clients and internal teams.
