Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Sales Automation Specialist to bridge commercial teams and technology, transforming CRM, reporting, and content into scalable automated solutions. You will work across Salesforce, Tableau, Databricks, and AEM to improve efficiency and commercial performance from Abu Dhabi hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales automation, CRManalytics, or digital solutions roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required; experience with other leading CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar will also be considered.
• Experience working with CRM reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
• Strong Tableau reporting and dashboard development skills.
• Working knowledge of Databricks, SQL, and/or Python for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of agency sales, incentive, commission, or commercial performance programs.
• Airline, travel, or TMC industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation opportunities.
• Support and validate agency incentive calculations and sales performance metrics.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and commercial reporting solutions.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce reporting, workflows, and automation.
• Manage and update AEM website content and components.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating manual sales, reporting, and content management processes.
