Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Business Product Officer (UAE National Only) to support the Sales function from Abu Dhabi. This full-time role focuses on administrative, customer service, and operational tasks to ensure accurate data, smooth processes, and excellent service.

You will respond to customer inquiries, process sales transactions, maintain master data, manage promotions and pricing, and generate regular sales and operations reports for account teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Certificate or higher.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, ticketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and administrative skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding Etihad products and services in a timely and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records in line with company policies and procedures.
• Update and maintain customer information and master data within company systems.
• Manage and maintain promotional, pricing, and sales information to ensure accuracy.
• Process sales orders, ensuring correct products, pricing, and discount levels are applied.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
• Provide sales teams with relevant customer and transaction information to support effective account management.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all sales support activities.
