Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Automation Specialist to bridge business and technical teams, turning incentive structures, dashboards, and website content into automated, accurate systems across Databricks, Tableau, and AEM.

You will validate Databricks calculations, design Tableau dashboards for stakeholders, and build AEM components, collaborating with Salesforce and IT to streamline incentive processes.

Qualifications

3–5 years in business systems, automation, or data analyst roles.
Experience with Databricks and SQL/Python for validation.
Strong Tableau dashboards and PowerPoint for business audiences.
AEM component build/customization (HTML/CSS/JS a plus).
Understanding of sales/incentive structures and Salesforce reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs for developers.
Validate incentive calculations in Databricks and ensure accuracy.
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for performance visibility.
Build/update AEM components for trade and corporate sites.
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Identify opportunities to automate incentive calculations, reporting, and web content workflows.
