Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, report incidents and violations, and follow up on investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Deliver safety training sessions and Toolbox Talks in Arabic and English, and support project teams in risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Maintain accurate records of safety performance, incidents, and corrective measures, ensuring proper use of PPE and enforcement of safety rules while coordinating with authorities and contractors.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to overall site safety improvements.
• Occupational health and safety certifications (e.g., Aid, NEBOSH, IOSH) are a MUST.
• 2–3 years of experience in the UAE construction industry is a MUST.
