Job summary

Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort in Dibba Al Fujairah seeks a Guest Relations professional to oversee all guest relations activities and maximize satisfaction. You will greet VIP guests, coordinate with Concierge for events and promotions, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures with tailored amenities.

Role requires strong English and Russian communication, teamwork in a multicultural environment, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards for a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Russian.
• Ability to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of Guest Relations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
• Meet and greet VIP guests personally and liaise with Concierge for VIP requests.
• Maintain repeat guest history system and prepare amenities for arrivals.
• Handle guest complaints and follow up on corrective action.
