Job summary

Fairmont Ajman is seeking an F&B Attendant who speaks Russian to deliver warm, personalized service in a beachfront 5-star setting. You will engage with Russian-speaking guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure dietary requirements are communicated to the team, while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.

Role requires English proficiency, a hospitality background, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage operation, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Fluent Russian language skills are required.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Guest-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service throughout the guest experience.
• Communicate confidently with Russian-speaking guests in Russian, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present menus, explain offerings, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take and accurately process guest orders, communicating dietary requirements to the team.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, ingredients, and beverages.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards.
• Promote additional food and beverage offerings to maximize guest satisfaction.
